  • Check-out at Barcarola Club is at 11 am.

  • We do not have a private parking but you won´t fin any trouble to park in the streets surrounding the complex, just pay attention to the yellow lines and avoid parking your car there. 

  • Yes it is, there are few bus lines at Puerto del Carmen, although keep in mind that to move around the island you will have to make a transfer. The most comfortable way to get around if you want to visit the tourist spots is by car, there are several rental companies around Barcarola Club.

    Remember that you can always ask our reception team for help if you need advice.

  • Of course! At the buffet breakfast you will find a selection of local, seasonal and homemade products with vegetarian options. We also offer gluten-free products. 

  • We offer high quality Wi-Fi at Barcarola Club, either to use it for interactive platforms or, if you need a connection to work from your laptop.

    If you didn´t know yet, we have an amazing coworking area where you can be comfortably connected while enjoying other perks and special services. 

  • Barcarola Club offers on-site laundry service.

  • There is a spectacular salt water pool in Barcarola Club and is heated during the winter months.

  • If you are looking for where to have your commercial photo shoot (video and photos) at Barcarola Club, please note that they are not allowed anywhere in and around the property without email approval from Marketing. Please contact hola@barcarolaclub.com with any questions.

Rooms

  • All rooms in the apartment have high-quality air conditioning. In addition, within the extra services that you will find on our website, you can choose the temperature you would like to have at your apartment. 

  • In the Special apartments, pool towels are included and you can find them in your living room, in one of the wicker baskets made by local artisans. 

    If you decide to stay in a Standard apartment, you can request pool towels at reception by leaving a deposit. 

  • There is. In the Special apartments you will find other necessary utensils, you have also the option of asking our staff for any other amenity you may need, such as a toothbrush, cream, shower gel, etc. 

  • That's right, in addition, our Smart TVs can easily connect to your electronic devices via Bluetooth. 

  • Yes, our staff will offer you daily cleaning service and you can choose if you want it or place a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. As an eco-firendly hotel, we work hard to reduce our environmental impact by employing sustainable best practices. We would really appreciate if you help us, being considerate with the use of water, change of towels and sheets. 

  • In the Special apartments you will find a large rain shower for your maximum enjoyment and comfort. On the other hand, in the Standard apartments, you will see a bathtub. In our Suite you will find both options.

  • When you make a reservation you can write down all your preferences in comments and although we cannot guarantee you the same apartment, we will do our best to accommodate you in an apartment with the same characteristics.
